How does the free account work?

Just sign up with your email address above to start your free trial. No payment is required. You can upgrade to any paid plan later.

Once I decided to buy, what types of payment do you accept?

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for subscribing to plans. Also, qualified customers can arrange for payment of annual plans by purchase order, company check or bank wire. Contact us to see if you're eligible.

What happens when I suspend a paid account?

Once you suspend your account, your account won't be debited again. At that point, your subscription will last until the end of the current 4 week billing cycle. Refunds cannot be issued for payments already made and we don't provide partial term refunds. Your account and grids are safe and will remain dormant until you reactivate your account.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, go to the "Settings > Manage Subscription" and you'll see your options to upgrade or downgrade.
